Heads Up — 7/10
WORDS BY: Ryan Loren
Welcome to the new weekly online column, Heads Up. If you’ve ever searched around the internet looking for a current report on everything the Xbox 360 has to offer, you’ve no doubt hit numerous dead ends. Heads Up attempts to alleviate your frustrations by offering a quick and complete guide to what you may have missed over the past week online and in stores.
The XBLA title Schizoid released this past week and carries the distinction of being the first game built using XNA Game Studio Express. Of great note this week is the release of a new Halo 3 map, Cold Storage, which is a remake of the Halo: CE map Chill Out. It’s free to download and play, so there’s no reason not to dust off your dual pistols and jump back into the fray.
JEWEL OF THE WEEK:

It certainly is a great time to be an online FPS fan. Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 continue to hit near the top of the charts in Live activity and Battlefield: Bad Company hit the shelves last week to universally favorable reviews. Just when you thought you could sit back and enjoy knifing your friend in the back, Unreal Tournament III releases on the 360. We’re not suggesting you put down your shotguns and sniper rifles, but it’s time once again to pick up the flak cannon and tear haphazardly through your enemies.

Just so you know "Promised Land" was released last week, and if I'm not mistaken it's still free. However, I'm to lazy to check.
