Disc Replacement

If you receive a damaged disc or a disc that won't load correctly, or if the disc is missing altogether from your copy of Official Xbox Magazine, we've got a quick fix for you.
You can request a replacement disc through our disc replacement form. You'll need to fill out your address (so we know where to send it, of course) and you should have your subscription number handy (which you'll find on the cover or on your billing statement). That should help!
